Bread Poha 

Ingredients :
Bread slices - 8 pieces
Peanuts - 50 gms
Tomato puree - 1/2 cup
Oil - 1tbsp
Red Chilli powder - 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
Green chilli ( chopped) - 1
Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
Salt - a/c to taste
Green coriander leaves - 1tbsp ( chopped)

Method :
1.Cut the Bread slices into small square pieces.
2.Take a pan and pour some oil in it.
3.When the oil starts boiling, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and tomato puree one by one.
4.After 2-3 minutes, add all the seasoning.
5.Add bread pieces and peanuts.
6.Mix them together and heat for 2-3 minutes.
7.Put in a serving tray and garnish with fresh green coriander leaves.

Chocolate Bread Pudding :

Ingredients :
Bread slices - 8 pieces
Drinking chocolate - 1+1/2 tbsp
Sugar - 2+1/2 tbsp
One small tin of fruit cocktail
Cream - 200-250 gms
Almonds (chopped 10-12 gms for garnishing)

Method :
1. In a grinder(mixi) add bread pieces, drinking chocolate and 1+1/2 tbsp of sugar. Grind them well.
2. Now, pour this bread mixture into a pudding bowl.
3.Add the fruit cocktail on the bread mixture.
4.Beat the cream and add 1 tbsp sugar to it.
5.Pour cream over the chopped friuts.
6.Garnish it with almonds.
7.Keep the bowl in the fridge and refrigerate it for 1/2 hours and finally serve it when chilled.
